The questions that never leave my mind:
Why we stay so still in front of certain events in nature? Why there are those moments where you feel that time has been frozen and you are completely suspended in time?
Many philosophers have been asking questions about time. From Saint Augustine to Heidegger, we have been trying to figure out why even though we live in a society that has a defined time, we see ourselves constantly in a shift of senses about the present.
And in that gap of confusion stands my vision. I believe that art can be a tool to manipulate our perception, our consciousness and with that have the possibility to anchor ourselves in a place where we can forget the never-ending explosion of stimuli and anxieties that surround us on the daily basis.
Art is my way to understand the processes of time. In both creation and absorption.
